Two Tuesdays: May 9 & 16 both from 6:00PM - 8:30PM

This beginner-friendly watercolor workshop will guide students through the art of lettering. The first day of the workshop will teach watercoloring basics, how lettering differs from calligraphy, and lettering drills and practice. The second workshop, participants will paint their favorite quotes using the skills learned through one-on-one personalized instruction.

Between sessions, painters will be given drill sheets and a brush to use at home in order to develop their skills further.

Unlike one-day workshops, this two-day structure will be aimed at deepening skills for long-term retention and providing time to practice additional techniques such as gradient lettering, both cursive and print, bounce lettering, and lettering within forms and shapes.
